The deposit reserves design time with a senior designer and covers CAD work and prototype revisions. It is credited in full against your final balance. If we cannot agree on a design before casting, it is refundable less any design hours already spent.

A 50% deposit starts bench work. It is refundable up to CAD approval and not after — that is the point at which metal is bought and stones are cut.
