Eligibility
Returns of stocked pieces
Stocked pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery when they are unworn and in their original packaging. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Exclusions
Custom and altered pieces
Made-to-order, personalised or engraved pieces, altered sizes and sourced watches are excluded from returns because they have been produced or acquired specifically for the client and cannot be resold as standard stock.
Processing
Inspection and refunds
Refunds are issued within five business days after the returned piece passes inspection. Orders paid by bank transfer are refunded by bank transfer to the originating account.
