Order acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline an order where, for example, a price is clearly incorrect, a piece is unavailable or we cannot verify identity on a high-value transaction.

Prices are shown in US Dollar and are inclusive of VAT.
Bespoke
Commission deposits
A commission requires a 50% deposit. The deposit is refundable up to CAD approval and non-refundable after approval, because metal is purchased and stones may be cut specifically for the piece.
Watches
Aftermarket work
Aftermarket setting on a watch may void the manufacturer's warranty. AJ & CO warrants its own workmanship in writing but cannot warrant the watch movement.
